Terms & Conditions

  • All products are pre-order and made to order. The earliest requested date is 2 calendar days after submission.
  • An order is prepared only after Bloom Bakes approves it and confirms payment.
  • Delivery fees are paid directly by the customer and are not included in the Bloom Bakes invoice.
  • Cash on delivery and rescheduling are not available.
  • Customers may cancel online only while the request is Pending approval or Approved — awaiting payment. Cancellation is unavailable once payment is recorded or preparation starts.
  • Submitting this form creates a request; availability remains subject to Bloom Bakes approval.
